Jes Reynolds is the owner and fitness coach at Elevate Fitness in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She earned her bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from Michigan State University and has several additional certifications. Jes developed “The Lean Code” program, which teaches people how to eat, train, and live lean so they can stay athletic and fit throughout every phase of life. Her passion for athletics and competing began at an early age and led her to personal training and coaching. Jes works with people of all ages and abilities, from college athletes, former professional athletes, and Olympians to those with physical disabilities. |
Sanjay Saint, MD, MPH, is the Chief of Medicine at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, the George Dock Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan, and an avid pickleball player. In addition to numerous biomedical publications, Dr. Saint has written for The Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review and has coauthored several books published by Oxford University Press, including Preventing Hospital Infections, Teaching Inpatient Medicine: What Every Physician Needs to Know, and The Saint-Chopra Guide to Inpatient Medicine (4th Edition). He also coauthored two books published by the University of Michigan: Thirty Rules for Healthcare Leaders and The Mentoring Guide: Helping Mentors and Mentees Succeed. He lives, works, and plays in Ann Arbor, Michigan. |
